Flink Robotics, a Zurich-based startup spun out of ETH Zurich, is building autonomous robots for material handling. We are seeking an Operations Working Student to support our Operations team while studying, in a 20-40% role.

You'll help day-to-day office management, assist with procurement, HR tasks, invoices, and bookkeeping, and collaborate closely with the team to keep operations running smoothly. Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Switzerland, with strong organization and clear

Qualifikationen

Studying business administration, economics, or a related field.
Familiarity with office management and administrative processes
First experience in an administrative, operations, HR, or procurement role is a plus
Able to work in Switzerland without visa sponsorship

Aufgaben

Support day-to-day office management, ensuring the office runs smoothly for the whole team
Assist with procurement: sourcing, ordering, and tracking equipment and supplies
Support HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
Process invoices and support the accountant with bookkeeping
Handle a broad range of administrative tasks as they come up, working closely with the Operations team
