Zusammenfassung

Flink Robotics, a Zurich-based startup spun out from ETH Zurich, seeks a Forward Deployed Software Engineer Intern who enjoys debugging systems and turning real-world data into working software. You’ll work with our field team at customer sites to adapt and troubleshoot our autonomy stack for each deployment.

Fluent English is required; German is a strong plus. Expect 50–100% travel to customer sites and collaboration across diverse teams on the shop floor.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in computer science (completed or in progress).
• Strong coding skills in C++; Python and Linux are a plus.
• Experience in software troubleshooting.
• Builder mentality: implement algorithms from scratch, from prototype to tests and iterations.
• Independent problem solver and creative thinker.
• Low-ego collaboration; people love working with you.
• Bonus: prior robot deployments, personal/academic robotics software projects.

Aufgaben

• Support testing, tuning and debugging of our autonomy stack in the lab and on-site.
• Help plan and execute on-site software installations for a smooth customer handover.
• Diagnose and fix software issues remotely and on-site.
• Feed field data back to engineering to improve our models and unlock new use cases.
