Job summary

Become an integral part of JPMorganChase in Zurich as a Working Student. You will join a dynamic team, supporting Sales operations, preparing reports, and handling client communications with CRM tools.

This fixed-term program runs for up to two years, starting January 2027, at 19.5 hours per week. You will collaborate with product specialists worldwide, assist in presentations, and gain exposure to banking operations within a leading financial institution.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree during the entire duration of the program and graduating in January 2028 at the earliest
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in German
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality work
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Partners with Sales executives to support Sales business in all its aspects
• Manages reporting tasks
• Handles adhoc client requests and sends information materials, including mailings and periodic reporting to clients
• Maintains CRM tools and mailing lists to ensure data accuracy and smooth communication flows
• Prepared product presentations and supports the marketing team in pre-event tasks
• Keeps close contact with product specialists and other teams around the world to facilitate a smooth information flow
