Job summary

You will work 19.5 hours per week starting January 2027 for up to two years, supporting Sales, reporting, CRM, and marketing tasks, with collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree and available until Jan 2028.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales business with reporting and operations.
• Handle adhoc client requests and prepare information materials.
• Maintain CRM tools and mailing lists to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with product presentations and pre-event tasks.
• Collaborate with product specialists and teams worldwide.
