Qualifikationen

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
• 8+ years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing or Supply Chain.
• Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional projects end-to-end in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience in site development projects within manufacturing and logistics environments.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic site development projects across manufacturing and logistics.
• Manage complex cross-functional projects involving operations, logistics, engineering and infrastructure.
• Drive projects end-to-end from concept through hands-on execution.
• Lead high-priority operational improvement and site-related initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Support investment decisions through scenario evaluations, business cases and strategic assessments.
• Lead unplanned or high-impact special projects requiring senior project management expertise.
• Act as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders and ensure close collaboration between production, logistics, engineering, supply chain, and site management.
