Zusammenfassung

Lonza Group Ltd. seeks a Site PMO leader to oversee the strategic project portfolio from Basel Stücki. You will drive prioritization, governance, and alignment with business objectives while developing Master Plans and roadmaps for long-term site strategy.

The role requires a strong PMO background, cross-functional leadership, and fluency in English and German, with a focus on continuity planning and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

Significant experience leading PMO activities and project portfolios.
Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech or CDMO environments is preferred.
Proven success leading cross-functional programs with strong stakeholder influence.

Aufgaben

Lead the site PMO and oversee the strategic project portfolio.
Drive project prioritization and governance to align investments with business objectives.
Develop and maintain the Site Master Plan and strategic roadmaps.
Ensure business continuity considerations are integrated into strategic planning activities.
Monitor portfolio performance, risks, resources, and project delivery outcomes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Contribute as a member of the Site Leadership Team and coach project teams.
