Job summary

UNICEF in Geneva is seeking an Operations Manager (P-4) to lead and coordinate administrative services for the Digital Inclusion Division across Geneva and Barcelona. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in strategic operations, strong budgeting, and ERP/IPSAS experience, with English fluency and familiarity with UNICEF/UN system practices.

Qualifications

• Advanced University Degree in business management, finance, accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in operations management at national and international levels.
• Experience with UNICEF or UN system is required.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead administrative services and operations for the Switzerland base and Barcelona technology centre.
• Oversee budget preparation, procurement, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate office administrative support and properties including contracts and governance.
