Zusammenfassung

skyguide in Switzerland seeks an IT Procurement Lead to develop category strategies for IT hardware, software, services, data centers, cloud, and telecom. You will identify strategic suppliers, manage contracts, negotiate SLAs, and assess cybersecurity and compliance risks.

You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to deliver value-driven solutions, track KPIs, and own the full contract lifecycle while ensuring transparency and cost optimization in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, IT, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of IT procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
• Experience with SAP (S/4HANA) in procurement and contract management.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent diplomatic communication and stakeholder relationship-building.
• Proficiency in English; French and/or German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement category strategies for IT procurement, including hardware, software, IT services, data centers, cloud solutions, and telecom.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage strategic suppliers while assessing supplier risks.
• Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and terms of engagement, analyzing TCO and cost savings.
• Act as a trusted procurement partner with stakeholders to deliver value-driven solutions.
• Communicate category plans and procurement strategies to leadership and stakeholders.
• Own and execute full contract lifecycle, including renewals and expirations.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs related to category performance and cost optimization.
