• Develop and implement category strategies for IT, server, network, and connectivity infra.
• Identify cost, quality, project, and bundling potentials with internal teams.
• Lead tenders and negotiations for data centre builds, expansions, and modernisation.
• Negotiate prices and contracts; contribute to framework and specific contracts.
• Ensure timely, needs-based procurement of materials and services.
• Conduct contract management and monitor service quality.
• Perform market and portfolio analyses to spot risks and opportunities.
• Develop measures to ensure supply and minimize procurement risks.
• Select suitable suppliers with internal specialists; evolve supplier portfolio.
• Regularly evaluate suppliers and advance supplier management.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
