Job summary

CSL Plasma Inc. is seeking a Manager, CMO/CDMO Finance Business Partner to provide financial planning, performance management, and cost accounting across contract manufacturing and development activities.

You will translate contracts into financial implications and partner with multiple functions to drive informed business decisions. The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with SAP, and the ability to model complex scenarios.

Qualifications

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related discipline.
Relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, manufacturing finance, supply chain or cost accounting.
Strong financial analysis, forecasting, modeling and business-case capabilities.
Exposure to product costing, inventory and external supply advantageous.
Ability to interpret contracts and supplier agreements from a Finance perspective.

Responsibilities

Support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management across CMO/CDMO portfolio.
Partner with planning and operations to reflect forecasts in production volumes and lifecycle assumptions.
Interpret contracts to identify financial implications, risks and actions.
Maintain visibility over pricing, supplier commitments, milestones, terms and settlements.
Support cost accounting, including standard costing, inventory valuation and COGS impacts.
Analyze cost flows, tolling vs buy-sell arrangements, intercompany activity and legal-entity implications.
Develop financial models and business cases for supplier selection, tech transfers and lifecycle changes.
Track savings, cost avoidance and cash flow benefits from initiatives.
Collaborate across Finance, Legal and Ops to provide integrated financial perspective.
