Job summary

MSC TECHNOLOGY ITALIA SRL seeks an experienced Financial Business Controller to join its Finance organization and support financial performance, business development, and controlling activities across its international logistics operations.

The role reports to the Deputy CFO and Senior Financial Director and works closely with regional CFOs, Finance teams, and business leaders to drive financial excellence and informed decision-making across regional teams and local agencies.

Qualifications

• Solid background in logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Experience supporting financial performance and business development.
• Strong partnering with regional CFOs and Business Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate financial controlling activities across regional teams and local agencies.
• Act as a key financial business partner to regional CFOs and Finance teams, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for profitability and efficiency.
• Support local agencies in developing financial capabilities and aligning practices with business development objectives.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders across regions to ensure transparency and alignment between local and central Finance.
