• Support global Business Controlling from Headquarters, ensuring financial coordination and alignment across regional teams.
• Act as a key business partner to Global Business Controllers and senior management.
• Oversee and analyze financial performance across international shipping operations.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning at global level.
• Provide guidance to Business Controllers to promote best practices and consistent reporting.
• Prepare consolidated analyses and management reports for headquarters leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial controlling processes and governance.
