Qualifikationen

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
• 3–5+ years of experience in demand planning, production planning, or supply chain planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
• Experience with ERP/planning tools and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong asset (basic level is enough).

• Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts.
• Consolidate inputs from Sales, Projects, and Customers into a single demand plan.
• Analyze data, order intake, and pipelines to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate demand into capacity and resource requirements.
• Identify constraints early and drive mitigation actions.
• Coordinate and balance workload across sites.
• Support and contribute to S&OP and demand review processes.
• Monitor planning KPIs and ensure data accuracy in planning systems.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalization in planning processes.
