• Advanced degree in life or health sciences (PhD/MD/PharmD/MSc).
• Proven track record leading Phase II–IV programs in global settings.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and Health Authority interactions.

Aufgaben

• Lead the multidisciplinary Clinical Team at development-program level, providing scientific direction and accountability.
• Shape innovative clinical development strategies aligning with lifecycle objectives.
• Lead the preparation of regulatory documents (IBs, briefing books, safety updates, dossiers).
• Provide leadership in trial design and execution with cross-functional partners.
• Interpret and communicate clinical data to inform strategy and decisions.
• Support safety robustly and contribute to benefit-risk assessments.
