You will work with Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Biostatistics, Medical Affairs and more, shaping lifecycle evidence and ensuring strategic alignment in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in life or health sciences (PhD, MD, PharmD, MSc, or equivalent).
• At least eight years of experience in clinical development in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proven leadership of Phase II–IV programs in global, cross-functional matrix environments.
• Strong experience supporting global regulatory submissions and Health Authority interactions.
• Excellent understanding of global drug development and innovative clinical trial design.
• Curious with entrepreneurial spirit and learning agility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence.
• Strong project management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and influence decisions in a dynamic matrix organization.
• Collaborative, proactive and pragmatic with ownership of high-quality clinical evidence.

Aufgaben

• Lead the multidisciplinary Clinical Team at development-program level, providing scientific direction and accountability across the program.
• Shape innovative clinical development strategies that maximize the compound's value throughout its lifecycle.
• Lead the scientific development and delivery of clinical sections of regulatory documents, including briefs and safety updates.
• Provide thought leadership in clinical trial design and execution in partnership with key functions.
• Provide ongoing clinical and scientific review, interpretation and communication of trial data to inform strategy.
• Serve as a core member of the Safety Management Team and contribute to benefit-risk assessment.
• Support safety documentation preparation in collaboration with project physicians.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the therapeutic area and evolving standards of care.
• Lead contributions to scientific communications, including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
• Represent the Company externally as a credible scientific leader with investigators and Health Authorities.
• Champion the clinical perspective in cross-functional discussions and evolve the clinical development strategy.
