Zusammenfassung

Zühlke is looking for a Data & AI Consultant to drive measurable impact across Data & AI projects, from strategy to delivery and ongoing relationship management. You will collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, architects, and business leaders, contributing to proposals and representing the discipline externally.

You will influence across seniority levels, support sales efforts, and develop reusable assets to boost team effectiveness while advancing client value on a global scale.

Qualifikationen

• University degree from a leading institution in business or STEM.
• Strong consulting foundations: effective communication, project management, running workshops, etc.
• Experience in Data / AI-related work.
• Wide-ranging data / AI literacy, with opinions on topics like Responsible AI, Data Mesh, Synthetic data.
• Experience on data/AI topics including strategy, transformation or development of data/AI solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.
• Assertive, eloquent, proactive and enthusiastic.
• Customer-centric and able to think across disciplines and levels.

Aufgaben

• Drive Data & AI strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Lead development of bespoke AI solutions and supervise delivery teams.
• Shape data/AI platform architectures and operating models.
• Bridge delivery teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Support consultants and business developers across the sales pipeline.
• Act as ambassador and thought leader for the discipline.
