Cilag AG in Schaffhausen, part of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, is seeking an Operator (m/w/d) for the sterile pharmaceutical production site. You will operate modern plants, ensure GMP-compliant operations, and document all activities to maintain product quality and process stability.

This role is integral to delivering safe, high-quality medicines. The ideal candidate has pharma/chem tech training, strong German skills, and a willingness to work in a 3-shift system.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as pharmaceutical-technical or chemical-technical assistant (m/w/d) or similar.
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing are required.
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (5- and 7-day operation).
• Strong quality mindset and sense of responsibility.
• Communicative and goal-oriented personality.
• Experience in chemical, pharma, or food production is desirable.
• Affinity for technical equipment and automated processes.
• Interest and willingness to work in a GMP environment.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Operate state-of-the-art sterile manufacturing equipment in compliance with GMP.
• Document GMP-relevant activities (batch records, logbooks, SAP, etc.).
• Perform scheduled cleaning and maintenance tasks accurately and on time.
• Support department leadership in continuous process improvement and new product introductions.
• Ensure timely and goal-oriented work routines.
• Monitor and enforce safety, hygiene, and environmental protections.
• Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and safety briefings.
• Uphold product quality through ethical behavior, teamwork, and personal accountability.
