Aufgaben

• Operate state-of-the-art equipment in sterile pharmaceutical production in accordance with GMP requirements.
• Complete and timely documentation of GMP-related activities (e.g., batch records, logbooks, SAP).
• Perform and document routine cleaning and maintenance tasks accurately and on time.
• Support department leadership in process improvements and new product introductions.
• Ensure timely and targeted working performance.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety, accident prevention, hygiene and environmental regulations.
• Participate in trainings and staff meetings, including product and module trainings and safety instructions.
• Contribute to product quality through ethical behavior, teamwork and personal responsibility.

Ihre Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

• Bedienung modernster Anlagen im Bereich der sterilen pharmazeutischen Herstellung unter Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Quantitäts- und Sicherheitsanforderungen gemäss aktuellen GMP-Richtlinien
• Durchführung und zeitnahe Dokumentation aller GMP-relevanten Tätigkeiten (z. B. Batch Record, Logbuch, SAP etc.)
• Korrekte, vollständige und termingerechte Durchführung wiederkehrender Reinigungs- und Instandhaltungstätigkeiten
• Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung bei der kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserung und der Einführung neuer Produkte
• Sicherungstellung einer termingerechten und zielorientierten Arbeitsweise
• Überwachung und Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Unfallverhütungs-, Hygiene- und Umweltschutzvorschriften
• Proaktive Teilnahme an Aus- und Weiterbildungen, einschliesslich Staff-Meetings, Produkt- und Modulschulungen sowie Sicherheitsunterweisungen
• Sicherung der Produktqualität durch ethisches Verhalten, Teamgeist und persönliche Verantwortung

Ihr Qualifikationsportfolio & unsere Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als pharmazeutisch-technischer Assistent, chemisch-technischer Assistent (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich
• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb (5- und 7-Tage-Betrieb)
• Ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Kommunikative und zielorientierte Persönlichkeit
• Berufserfahrung im Umfeld einer Chemie-, Pharma- oder Lebensmittelproduktion wünschenswert
• Affinität zu technischen Anlagen und automatisierten Prozessen
