Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Schaffhausen is seeking a Manufacturing Operator - Compounding to operate and monitor modern sterile pharmaceutical production equipment under GMP conditions, ensuring safe, high‑quality medicines and timely output. You will perform GMP-relevant tasks, document batch records and logbooks, assist with process improvements, and work in a collaborative, quality‑minded team.

German language skills are required, English is a plus, and you should be prepared for a 3‑shift

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as pharmaceutical-technical or chemical-technical assistant (m/w/d) or equivalent
• Experience in chemical/pharma or food production is desirable
• SAP knowledge is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Operate modern sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment while adhering to quality, quantity, safety and GMP requirements
• Perform GMP-relevant documentation (batch records, logbooks, SAP) in a timely manner
• Carry out routine cleaning and maintenance per guidelines
• Support department leadership in process improvements and new product introductions
• Ensure timely, accurate and efficient work while maintaining product quality and safety
