Zusammenfassung

Cilag AG in Schaffhausen, part of Johnson & Johnson, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator - Compounding (m/w/d) to operate modern sterile production lines under GMP conditions. You will document activities, perform cleaning and maintenance, and support process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in German is preferred with English basics, and you will work in a three-shift schedule to ensure timely production and product quality for global markets.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training as pharmaceutical-technical assistant (PTA) or chemical-technical assistant (CTA) or equivalent.
• Experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, or food production is desirable.
• Willingness to work in a GMP environment and in shifts (3-shift system).
• Strong sense of responsibility, precision, and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor modern sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in GMP-compliant conditions.
• Document GMP-relevant activities accurately (batch records, logbooks, SAP).
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance per guidelines.
• Support department leadership with process improvements and new product introductions.
