Jobup is seeking a Hardware Electronics Engineer Intern (EMC) in Boncourt, Switzerland to help implement EMC methodology and reduce non-compliance risk during validation. You will perform PCB-level EMC simulations, analyze architectures, and define design rules while applying Altium Designer and Ansys Electronics Desktop.
Final-year Master student in electronics/embedded systems with analytical mindset encouraged to apply.
Position: Hardware Electronics Engineer Intern (EMC)
Entity: Commercial Vehicle Electronics Laboratory (LECV)
Location: Boncourt, Switzerland
As part of the ongoing development of a power electronic product, you will participate in implementing a Design for EMC methodology aimed at integrating Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) constraints from the earliest design phases and proposing improvements before prototype manufacturing.
The objective is to reduce the risk of non-compliance during validation campaigns, limit the number of correction and revalidation loops, and thus contribute to reducing the Time-to-Market of future products.
You will perform finite element numerical simulations to identify and analyse potential sources of electromagnetic emissions and susceptibility at the electronic board (PCB) level.
