Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson in Schaffhausen, Switzerland seeks a Staff Process Engineer for Parenterals NPI & Life Cycle Management. You will introduce new products to commercial production and implement new technologies in line with transfer plans, working closely with Operations, Engineering, and MSAT.

You will drive innovation, cost improvements, and regulatory readiness while ensuring robust, compliant processes and timely inspections.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor degree in natural sciences or engineering; masters preferred.
  • 4+ years in pharma, including 2+ years in parenteral manufacturing or development.
  • Experience transferring parenteral products to manufacturing sites.

Aufgaben

  • Act as a core team member in technology transfer projects for new products.
  • Prepare and execute engineering runs, clinical and validation batches with Operations, Engineering, and MSAT.
  • Lead and support improvement projects to strengthen process robustness, compliance, and performance.
  • Manage change controls, recipes, and document updates for assigned projects.
  • Train shop floor teams and leadership on project content and changes.
  • Serve as SME in project-related audits and inspections.
  • Collaborate with Production and partners to ensure aligned implementation.
  • Follow GMP, EHS, and SOX guidelines.
