Job summary

Inworld is seeking a senior systems engineer to advance real-time AI inference in a Swiss remote setting. You will optimize inference, accelerate models, and scale distributed serving across GPUs to support high-volume workloads.

You will own end-to-end delivery from research to production, containerize models, and collaborate with our US leadership and engineering teams. A PhD or equivalent experience and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• PhD in CS, physics, math, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with high-performance ML systems and backend services.
