Job summary

Inworld is a research lab and inference provider building realtime AI for consumer apps. We’re seeking engineers who can take research into production, optimize inference, and scale systems across multi-GPU deployments.

You will work with C++, CUDA, Rust, and Python, collaborating with US-based leadership to ship reliable, low-latency ML services from research to deployment in a Swiss-based remote role.

Qualifications

• PhD in CS, Physics, Math, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Strong background in backend or ML systems development.

Responsibilities

• Take models from research to containerized, production-ready services.
• Develop high-throughput, low-latency inference systems.
• Collaborate with US leadership and engineering teams.
