SMG Swiss Marketplace Group in Switzerland seeks a Staff Frontend Engineer to lead frontend architecture for our Real Estate portals. You will set direction, build shared libraries, and mentor engineers across teams while shipping high‑quality user experiences.

You’ll work closely with Product, Design and backend engineers in a hybrid setup, balancing delivery with staff responsibilities, and driving performance, accessibility, and reliability across multi‑brand platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of frontend experience with Vue.js or similar frameworks.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional frontend initiatives.
• Experience building and evolving design systems and shared libraries.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

• Set technical direction for frontend across multiple teams.
