Tertianum Seerose in the Thurgau region seeks a Care Assistant SRK (80-100%) to support long-term care residents with daily living activities and engaging programs. The role requires completion of an SRK nursing course with internship in long-term care and good German language skills (B2 level).

You will document observations, participate in nursing reports, and help with housekeeping and logistics in a compassionate, humorous team environment.

Qualifications

• SRK nursing course with internship in long-term care.
• German language skills at least B2 in spoken and written form.

Responsibilities

• Care and support of assigned guests.
• Assist with personal hygiene, mobility and other daily activities.
• Provide daily activities for guests with creative occupations and walks.
• Keep nursing notes and observations in the CareCoach system.
• Assist with logistics and housekeeping tasks.
