Job summary

Tertianum Seerose in the Thurgau region seeks a Care Assistant SRK (80-100%) to support long-term care residents with daily living activities and engaging programs. The role requires completion of an SRK nursing course with internship in long-term care and good German language skills (B2 level).

You will document observations, participate in nursing reports, and help with housekeeping and logistics in a compassionate, humorous team environment.

Responsibilities

Your tasks

• Care and support of assigned guests
• Assistance with personal hygiene, mobility and other daily activities Offering daily activities for our guests with creative occupations, walks, etc.
• Taking on tasks as a key contact person Living assistance under guidance
• Participation in nursing reports and forwarding important observations Writing nursing entries in our care documentation system CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Assistance with logistical and housekeeping tasks

Your profile

• Completed SRK nursing course with internship in long-term care
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage

• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of varied challenges
• German language skills at least at level B2 in spoken and written form
