Oerlikon is seeking a Sr. Manager Strategic HR & Digital Projects to lead global HR transformation.

You will collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to shape a modern, data‑driven people function and drive organizational design, workforce planning and productivity initiatives. This role demands strong partnership with senior leaders, excellent change management skills, and fluency in English and German.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Psychology, or related field.
• Significant experience in HR Business Partnership, Talent Management, HR Operations, HR Technology, and/or HR Strategy.
• Proven success in designing, implementing, and improving HR processes, particularly in Talent Management.
• Passion for digital innovation, workforce transformation, and continuous improvement; manufacturing or M&A experience is a plus.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and translate business priorities into people solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects in matrix organisations.
• Strong project & change management and a data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Support and drive transformation initiatives including org design, workforce transformation, productivity programs, and M&A activities.
• Contribute to development and execution of transformation roadmaps aligned with business and people priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders, HR teams, and stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and timely execution.
• Manage project governance, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Your Profile

• Proven success in designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR processes, particularly in Talent Management
• Passion for digital innovation, workforce transformation, and continuous improvement; experience in manufacturing environments or M&A activities is an advantage
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders and translate business priorities into effective people solutions
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating effectively in matrix organisations
• Strong project management, change management, and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a data-driven mindset
• Fluent in English and German
