Nespresso is seeking a SPX Data Specialist / Data Engineer to transform sensory, consumer, product and market data into trusted insights that strengthen coffee leadership and consumer-centricity.

You will collaborate across Sensory and Product Experience, Innovation, Marketing and IT-data teams to elevate data quality, governance and decision-support capabilities for product development and portfolio optimization.

As a SPX Data Specialist / Data Engineer at Nespresso, your mission is to turn sensory, consumer, product and market data into trusted insights that strengthen coffee superiority, coffee authority and consumer centricity. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with Sensory and Product Experience, Product Development Center, Coffee Expertise, Innovation, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, NPTC Coffee, and information technology and data teams. • Building strong data foundations that improve quality, accessibility and governance for strategic coffee projects.
• Embedding scalable analytics into innovation and renovation governance so teams can identify risks earlier and make stronger portfolio choices.
• Developing reusable models, dashboards and decision tools that increase insight speed, traceability and self-service.
• Partnering with data and technology teams to create reliable systems, pipelines and digital solutions for product development.
• Growing analytical capability across teams through training, coaching and practical ways of working that support a data-driven culture.

What will make you successful

• Bringing strong expertise in data analysis, modelling and business intelligence to turn complex information into actionable recommendations.
• Applying knowledge of data governance, data quality and decision-support methodologies to build trusted and scalable insight solutions.
• Solid experience within Power BI, Python, Azure, Power Query, VBA or R Shiny to automate analysis, reporting and digital workflows.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence priorities, align methods and drive adoption of data-driven practices.
• Communicating fluently in English and French.
