Zusammenfassung

Nespresso is seeking a SPX Data Specialist / Data Engineer to transform sensory, consumer, product and market data into trusted insights that strengthen coffee leadership and consumer-centricity.

You will collaborate across Sensory and Product Experience, Innovation, Marketing and IT-data teams to elevate data quality, governance and decision-support capabilities for product development and portfolio optimization.

Qualifikationen

Proven experience turning complex data into actionable insights.
Experience with data governance and data quality processes.
Fluent in English and French.

Aufgaben

Lead data flows across sensory, consumer, product, technical, market and operational sources to enable trusted and faster decision-making.
Build data foundations that improve quality, accessibility and governance for strategic coffee projects.
Embed scalable analytics into governance for stronger portfolio choices and earlier risk identification.
Develop reusable models, dashboards and decision tools to increase insight speed and self-service.
Partner with data and technology teams to create reliable pipelines and digital solutions for product development.
Grow analytical capability across teams through training, coaching and practical ways of working that support a data-driven culture.
