Job summary

UEFA Events SA in Nyon is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to lead the delivery of on-site sponsorship rights for UEFA EURO 2028. The role requires coordinating with UEFA/UK&I 2028 Ltd, internal divisions and external partners to ensure high-quality, on-time execution during the tournament and in the lead-up.

You will manage detailed project plans, brief venue marketing teams, and act as the operations lead for specific on-site rights, with potential temporary assignments at venues.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years in commercial rights delivery and tournament operations.
• 2-3 years sponsorship experience at international level.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to relocate to Switzerland/France.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of partners’ rights for UEFA events on time and budget.
• Maintain cooperation with internal and external stakeholders to support partner rights.
• Develop and implement processes and tools to maximise marketing rights value.
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and post-event reports.
• Brief on-site venue marketing teams and ensure rights delivery at venues.
• Act as the project lead for specific on-site rights during final tournaments.
