Your profile includes a commercial apprenticeship in international forwarding, business administration education, and experience in freight forwarding, with fluent German and English.

• Completed commercial apprenticeship in international forwarding.
• Education in business administration.
• Professional experience in international freight forwarding.
• Fluent German and English (spoken and written); additional European languages are a plus.
• Quick comprehension and a precise, reliable working style.
• Independent, efficient, and accurate work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure timely export shipment processing
• Optimize and document operational procedures and workflows
• Provide expert support and consultation to customers
• Manage customs clearance and related documentation
• Communicate with customers, agents, and service providers
• Prepare and follow up on quotations; conduct sales negotiations
• Process and secure customer invoices
• Monitor deadlines and ensure accurate invoicing
• Prepare Letters of Credit, Bills of Lading, delivery notes, customs documents, etc.
• Handle Dangerous Goods shipments in full compliance with applicable regulations

Overview

As an Ocean Export Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and timely export of shipments for our valued customers.
