- Bachelor's degree in sports technology, data science, engineering, or computer science with a sports focus and a strong affinity for competitive swimming. Expertise in diagnostics, data analysis, visualization, and data interpretation
- Proficiency with technical equipment: video analysis systems, as well as an understanding of force measurement, sensor technology, and measurement chains; programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB, R)
- Strong service orientation, good communication skills, and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
- High degree of independence and initiative, solution-oriented approach, analytical thinking, and a precise work style
- Active knowledge of two official languages-Italian is a plus-as well as good English skills
