Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in a sports-tech related field, with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and programming (Python, MATLAB, R).

This is how you can contribute

• Conduct performance diagnostics for swimming and other aquatic sports: manage and apply video analysis and force measurement systems (particularly in swimming, but also in diving, water polo, and artistic swimming); develop and implement standardized test protocols and progress assessments
• Maintain technical equipment: Prepare and operate the swim channel, video analysis, and force measurement systems; check, calibrate, and evaluate measurement systems; provide first-level support
• Support training activities: Offer, conduct, and evaluate testing procedures on-site; communicate with athletes and coaches
• Ensure data management and data protection: Process, structure, and store personal, performance, video, and research data in compliance with legal requirements
• Collaborate across disciplines: Serve as an interface between national and international federations as well as sports science institutions

• Bachelor's degree in sports technology, data science, engineering, or computer science with a sports focus and a strong affinity for competitive swimming. Expertise in diagnostics, data analysis, visualization, and data interpretation
• Proficiency with technical equipment: video analysis systems, as well as an understanding of force measurement, sensor technology, and measurement chains; programming skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB, R)
• Strong service orientation, good communication skills, and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration
• High degree of independence and initiative, solution-oriented approach, analytical thinking, and a precise work style
• Active knowledge of two official languages-Italian is a plus-as well as good English skills
