You have chosen special education because you want to actively shape learning and development? Are you looking for a challenging task with room for creativity, meaning, and space for new ideas? Then you are in the right place with us.
The Stiftung Bühl is an excellent employer with innovative offerings. This includes the Therapeutic Residential School Group (TWSG) – a specialized support program for adolescents with cognitive impairments and mental disorders.
For the opening of a second TWSG for adolescents, we are looking for staff starting August 1, 2027.
Special Educators 80%
In the TWSG, you can expect a versatile educational work environment. You design lessons individually and resource-oriented, create learning and development opportunities, and accompany adolescents even when the paths are not always straightforward.
You benefit from generous scope for action, clear structures, and an innovative environment. Together with a dedicated interdisciplinary team from special education, social education, psychiatry, and psychology, you develop suitable solutions and create a reliable framework for learning and development.
We are looking for people with expertise, personality, and energy who understand challenges as opportunities and enjoy contributing their own ideas and trying new paths.
You have a positive basic attitude, reflective ability, resilience, flexibility, and humor. You approach adolescents with appreciation and clarity, work solution-oriented, and value collaboration in an interdisciplinary team. A recognized teaching diploma from EDK is also required, ideally supplemented by a special education qualification. Above all, you bring joy and commitment to accompany adolescents with special needs on their educational and developmental journey.
Do you want to design lessons, build relationships, and enable development – even where the paths sometimes curve?
Then bring your expertise, personality, and ideas to us. Become part of a team that rethinks education, takes responsibility together, and opens up real development opportunities for adolescents.
We look forward to getting to know you!
