Job summary

The Bühl Foundation’s Therapeutic Residential School Group (TWSG) is reopening a second unit for adolescents. We seek social pedagogues at 80–90% to join an interdisciplinary team and shape supportive programs for youth with cognitive and mental health needs.

Ideal candidates hold a university of applied sciences or HF diploma in social work or social pedagogy and are eager to grow professionally in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma from a university of applied sciences (FH) or a higher vocational school (HF) in social work/social pedagogy is required, with willingness to continue education.
• You will create a high-quality, theory-guided, yet practical framework for children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Work with adolescents who have complex cognitive and psychological challenges, requiring special expertise and energy.
• Develop suitable solutions and create a reliable framework for learning and development.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team from social pedagogy, special education, psychiatry, and psychology.
