A luxury hotel Spa in Switzerland seeks a Spa Therapist/Beautician fluent in French and English to welcome guests, provide facial and beauty treatments, and promote Spa services. Prepare treatment rooms, maintain hygiene, and ensure a premium guest experience within a luxury setting in the Bern/Gstaad region.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of luxury spa experience, impeccable presentation, and a client-focused approach. Occasional travel within the Collection properties may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Spa Therapist or Beautician qualification; manicure/yoga or similar is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a luxury spa environment with a recognized brand
• Fluent in French and English
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Strong understanding of high-end client expectations
• Versatile, detail-oriented and guest-focused
• Willingness to travel for occasional assignments within the Collection

• Promote hotel services and other Collection destinations to build guest loyalty

• Welcome guests upon their arrival at the Spa

• Provide facial and beauty treatments in accordance with our Spa program

• Perform various massages, body scrubs, and wraps in line with Spa standards and our selected treatment menu

• Promote Spa treatments and products by offering professional advice to guests

• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Spa facilities

• Adhere to best practices in hygiene and safety to ensure guest well-being

• Promote the hotel’s services as well as other destinations within the Collection and build guest loyalty

• Qualification as a Spa Therapist and/or Beautician; qualification for expertise such as manicure, yoga or other is a real plus

• Minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role within a luxury establishment partnered with a recognized Spa brand

• Fluent in French and English

• Impeccable personal presentation

• In-depth understanding of the expectations and requirements of a high-end clientele

• Versatile, detail-oriented, and highly guest-focused

• Willingness to travel for occasional assignments within the Collection’s properties
