Zusammenfassung

Climeworks is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to own product development and lifecycle management of sorbent modules from concept through launch in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

You will drive validation, prototyping, and continuous improvement while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. English fluency and 80‑100% availability with up to 10% travel are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial experience in product development or design engineering.
• Hands-on experience with material selection and DFMA/DFM/DFE concepts.
• Strong project leadership with cross-functional coordination.

Aufgaben

• Own product development from concept to industrialization and launch.
• Lead lifecycle management and collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate validation, testing, and prototyping activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of sorbent modules.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage IP-sensitive collaborations.
