The position requires crafting architecture docs, defining a test strategy with QA, and driving DevOps to implement CI/CD while ensuring non-functional requirements are met. Java/SOA/microservices are central.

Qualifikationen

• Strong Java platform expertise with Spring, Maven, and GitHub proficiency.
• Experience in SOA and Microservices architecture patterns.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, OpenAPI and API Gateway concepts.
• Familiarity with microservice deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ability to craft architecture documentation and best practices.
• Experience designing solutions for financial services is a plus.

The role responsibilities consist of two primary parts: client facing technical representative of the team and the technical lead for the development team.

This client-facing part requires comfort in deep-dive technical workshops and in board-level sales presentations.

The development leadership should include creation of technical architecture documentation; working with the QA lead to define the test strategy; leading DevOps to define and implement CI/CD pipelines; ensuring that implementations meet non-functional requirements

• Java platform knowledge.

• Experience with Spring, Maven and GitHub;

• Understanding of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), as well as Micro-Services Architecture;

• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks, MVC patterns and principles of REST APIs, OpenAPI, Integration Platforms, API Gateway, etc.

• Knowledge of native mobile development is an advantage.

• Ability to quickly understand new architectural frameworks and best practices;

• Professionally worked with Enterprise Integration Patterns and Frameworks;

• Operational knowledge of application servers, databases, load balancers and other infrastructure components required to deploy web applications in a highly available and scalable environment;

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with designing solutions for financial services (especially banking);

• Experience with server virtualization and containers technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD.
