Qualifikationen

Position Summary

Jet Aviation in Basel is seeking a talented SD and BoW (Bill Of Work) IT Solution Analyst to enhance the IT applications MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul). Main Responsibilities

• Support & Coordination : Execute SAP 2nd + 3rd level support and activities for seamless IT operations (including coordination of interfaces to non-SAP systems)
• Process Design : Collaborate with business SMEs to define future business processes using industry best practices
• Change Management: Drive and implement changes and small to medium-sized projects
• Documentation: Prepare specifications, work instructions, training materials, and other technical documents
• System Configuration: Perform system configurations, testing, and train key users to ensure effective system use. Ensure local developments are not impacting with future iMRO product releases
• Collaboration & Inspiration: Work with IT divisions, internal customers, and external service providers to foster innovation. Inspire team members by providing guidance and support

Minimum Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in supporting (2nd and 3rd level), implementing and rolling out S4 iMRO Aircraft Maintenance in ECC and S/4
• Strong and detailed knowledge of iMRO, BoW and component repair (including integration with cloud and other modules like SD, MM, FI)
• Very solid background in SAP SD, PS, MM (Knowledge of CS, FI are a plus)
• Working experience in MRO international large scale project structures
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
• Ability to perform system configuration tasks autonomously and with precision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands on attitude
• Motivation to learn new processes in a globally evolving environment also in satellite systems
• Affinity to compliance and audit
• Excellent communication and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to document effectively
• Fluency in English (French or German are a plus)
