Jet Aviation Basel seeks an experienced SD and BoW IT Solution Analyst to strengthen IT applications for MRO. You will support SAP across 2nd/3rd level operations, coordinate interfaces, and work with business SMEs to shape processes using best practices.

The role requires deep SAP SD/PS/MM knowledge, iMRO BoW expertise, and a strong ability to configure, test, and train users. Join a dynamic team embracing innovation in aviation IT.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in 2nd/3rd level support, implementing and rolling out S4 iMRO ECC/S/4.
• Strong and detailed knowledge of iMRO, BoW and component repair; integration with cloud and modules like SD, MM, FI.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.

Aufgaben

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level SAP support and coordinate interfaces to non-SAP systems.
• Collaborate with business SMEs to design future processes using industry best practices.
• Drive and implement changes and small to medium-sized projects.
• Prepare specifications, work instructions, training materials, and other technical documents.
• Perform system configurations, testing, and train key users to ensure effective system use.
• Ensure local developments do not impact future iMRO releases.
