In this role, you will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of comprehensive banking solutions using the Avaloq platform. You will serve as a technical leader, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution while ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.

• Design and architect end-to-end banking solutions leveraging Avaloq platform capabilities and best practices
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and solution designs
• Lead solution implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals to execute solution roadmaps
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle
• Conduct solution reviews and assessments to identify optimization opportunities and areas for improvement
• Manage stakeholder communications, presenting technical concepts and progress updates to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Customize and configure Avaloq modules to meet specific client and organizational requirements
• Document solution architectures, design decisions, and implementation approaches for knowledge transfer and future reference
• Stay current with Avaloq platform updates, features, and industry trends to inform solution strategy
