HCL Technologies Limited in Switzerland, Zürich area, seeks an experienced Avaloq professional to analyse, design, and implement Avaloq software in close collaboration with banking clients. You will take on functional and technical responsibilities for specific business areas and develop specifications to meet client needs.

The role involves coaching consultants, training users, and participating in product and business development. Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM is required.
• Certified Avaloq Professional with 7+ years of experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and hands-on development skills.

Responsabilités

• Architect, design and develop solutions through the team for product/project delivery
• Provide SME support on the project
• Ensure knowledge updates and adopt new technologies to meet quality and client needs
• Train and develop the team to ensure trained manpower and mitigate risks
• Gather specifications and deliver client solutions based on domain knowledge
• Review project deliverables
• Recommend client value creation and implement industry best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree, ideally in a “STEM” field of study

• Certified Avaloq Professional with 7+ years or more professional experience in business analysis and parameterisation of Avaloq software

• Very technical and hands‑on Developer with a flair to lead, coach & mentor

• Experience in Stock Exchange & Message Handling is a plus

• You have a strong analytical mindset and are result‑oriented with a proactive approach

• Fluency in English, written and spoken, other languages are a big plus

• You are a team player with excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• 1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery

• 2. To support as an SME

• 3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements

• 4. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and deliver risks are mitigated

• 5. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology

• 6. To review project deliverables.
