Pro Informatik AG is seeking a Solution Architect for Banking - Trading - Derivative Product Issuing to lead architecture for derivative issuance, trading, and hedging platforms. The role partners with Product Managers, IT, and agile teams to shape the roadmap and governance.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in financial trading systems, market risk concepts, and enterprise architecture, with excellent English and strong stakeholder communication skills. German language skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as a System Architect in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Financial Markets and risk concepts.
• Experience with trading systems, data models, risk engines, reporting.
• Proficiency with integration technologies (streaming, messaging, web services).
• Excellent English; German is a plus.

Solution Architect Financial Trading

Responsibilities

• System Architect for a platform used for derivative product issuing, trading and hedging in the financial industry
• Work closely with the Product Managers, Product Owners, IT Application responsible and Agile teams to drive the delivery of the roadmap
• Collaborate closely with Business owners and various stakeholders and elaborate and present innovative and efficient solutions up to C-Level
• Drive definition of target and transition architecture for various initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture vision and close collaboration with business stakeholders
• Own solution blueprint definition and transition roadmaps
• Support the definition and execution of the architecture governance
• Understand the trends and drivers in the financial industry, markets & technology and propose innovative and sound solutions to business partners
• Empower Agile squads to deliver fit for purpose solutions

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience as a System Architect within financial industry or consulting with banking focus
• Good understanding of Financial Markets environment
• Several years of experience in financial trading systems and environments including familiarity with the data models, risk engines, and reporting platforms
• Solid understanding of market and credit risk concepts
• Experience with various integration technologies (e.g., streaming, messaging, web services)
• Passionate about technology with a "can do" attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
• Knowledge and curiosity in current technologies, technology trends, and financial market developments
• Excellent knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools
• Excellent English language skills

Nice to have

• Experience in trading, execution or derivatives issuing architecture and design in previous projects
• Experience in implementing or supporting Front Arena and/or Murex
• Hands-on experience as web software developer (e.g., Java, .Net, Java Script, React, Angular, relational databases, No SQL databases)
• Certification in business architecture (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK)
• Basic German language skills
