Job summary

PRODYNA in Switzerland seeks a Software Architect to advise customers on technical architecture, lead software projects of all sizes, and craft enterprise solutions using Java, C#, .NET, Angular/React, Docker, Kubernetes and Kafka. You will guide pre‑sales concepts and drive delivery from concept to implementation.

You mentor colleagues, shape PRODYNA's culture, and ensure performance, security and cloud readiness across projects.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional software development experience.
• Proven technical management of project teams.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise app development, including cloud environments.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
• Strong communication, hands-on mindset, and networking.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on the technical architecture of new or existing apps.
• Act as technical lead for software projects of all sizes and be the contact for special tech areas (e.g. GraphDatabases).
• Develop integrated customer-specific solutions using a diverse stack (Java, C#, .NET, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka).
• Assist projects from pre-sales concepts to implementation and ongoing customer consulting.
• Take project and team responsibility and help shape PRODYNA's culture.

Your tasks

• You will advise customers on the technical architecture of new or existing business applications, also with regard to performance optimization and security issues
• You will be the technical lead and responsible for software development projects of all sizes and are the direct contact person for selected special technological areas (e.g. GraphDatabases)
• Using a diverse technology stack (e.g. Java, C#, .NET, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka), you will develop integrated customer-specific solutions
• You will accompany projects and customers from the pre-sales phase by presenting concepts and solutions up to the phase of implementation and continue to independently consulting the costumer
• You will take over responsibility for your project, a team of colleagues, enjoy mentoring colleagues and play a significant role in shaping PRODYNA's culture

Yoir profile

• You have several years of professional experience in software development and the technical management of project teams
• You have in-depth technological knowledge in the development of enterprise and business applications (also in the cloud environment)
• You have a constant willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
• You are a strong communicator, self-confident, have a "hands-on" personality who likes to network
• You are fluent in German and English, a team player and a technical leader
