Job summary

PRODYNA is seeking a Software Architect (all genders) to lead customer projects and advise on technical architecture. You will own complex enterprise solutions and mentor teams while collaborating across Basel, Zurich, and Bern.

You will work with a broad stack including Java, C#, .NET, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka, and engage from pre-sales to implementation to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional software development experience and leadership of project teams.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise and business application development, including cloud environments.
• Strong willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
• Excellent communication, self-confidence, hands-on mentality and networking abilities.
• Fluency in German and English; team player and technical leader.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on technical architecture of new or existing applications, incl. performance and security.
• Act as technical lead and direct contact for selected areas (e.g., GraphDatabases).
• Develop integrated customer solutions using a diverse tech stack (Java, C#, .NET, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka).
• Support pre-sales with concepts and solutions and continue to advise during implementation.
• Take ownership of projects, mentor colleagues, and shape company culture.

Your tasks

• You will advise customers on the technical architecture of new or existing business applications, also with regard to performance optimization and security issues
• You will be the technical lead and responsible for software development projects of all sizes and are the direct contact person for selected special technological areas (e.g. GraphDatabases)
• Using a diverse technology stack (e.g. Java, C#, .NET, Angular, React, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka), you will develop integrated customer-specific solutions
• You will accompany projects and customers from the pre-sales phase by presenting concepts and solutions up to the phase of implementation and continue to independently consulting the costumer
• You will take over responsibility for your project, a team of colleagues, enjoy mentoring colleagues and play a significant role in shaping PRODYNA's culture

Your profile

• You have several years of professional experience in software development and the technical management of project teams
• You have in-depth technological knowledge in the development of enterprise and business applications (also in the cloud environment)
• You have a constant willingness to learn new technologies and concepts
• You are a strong communicator, self-confident, have a "hands-on" personality who likes to network
• You are fluent in German and English, a team player and a technical leader
