marko is hiring a creative video content producer to develop, film, and edit short-form videos for social platforms. You will craft hooks, scripts, and trends while producing assets for organic and paid campaigns.

The role blends content ideation, editing, and AI-assisted visuals, with a hands-on approach to growing our Swiss audience. The position offers hybrid work from our Zürich HQ at Limmatplatz and remote-friendly options, plus 25 days of paid leave for full-time staff.

Tasks

We're looking for a creative and hands-on person who enjoys being on camera and creating video content. You'll help develop ideas, film and edit short-form videos, create paid and organic content, and support the team with a variety of creative assets.

• On camera: Appear in short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) for organic content and paid ad creatives
• Post-production: Help with editing, captioning, and exporting content across formats and languages
• Content development: Bring ideas for hooks, scripts, and trends
• AI-assisted content: Get hands-on with AI tools to help create visuals and video assets
• General assets: Support the marketing team with general assets - static social posts, banners, campaign graphics

Requirements

• Comfortable being on camera and interested in short-form video and social trends
