Exoscale is hiring a Site Reliability Engineer for its Developer Platform, focusing on a Kubernetes-based PaaS and platform tooling across EU. You will design, build, and operate scalable systems, improve DX, and contribute to pipelines and automation.

The role requires strong Golang, Kubernetes, and Linux skills, plus good English communication within a distributed team. Flexible hours and remote work options are offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Golang (mandatory).
• Familiar with Linux and large scale configuration management.
• Familiar with Kubernetes and its ecosystem.
• Clojure knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communicator in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain our internal Kubernetes developer platform.
• Contribute to internal platform tooling, automation, and orchestration development.
• Develop and maintain SKS and its upcoming new features.
• Enhance the developer experience by delivering self-service systems and pipelines.
• Play a key role in the architecture and design of Exoscale's platform systems.
• Improve processes to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.
• Participate in code and change reviews to maintain high development standards.
• Help the support team to manage escalated support tickets.
• Join the on-call rotation after completing a training period.
