Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or above; MBA or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in business operations, preferably Sites Management or operating-model design in a multi-site environment.
• Strong systems thinking, analytical skills, stakeholder management and integrity.

Aufgaben

• Shape the operating model for Roche's Sites Network and refine it as one connected system.
• Lead the Integration Management Office with a master plan and risk tracking.
• Own the Capability Framework and ensure the right capabilities for 2030.
• Bridge capabilities with partners across sites and global functions.
• Lead cross-site initiatives and drive adoption across the network.
• Guide senior decision-making with concise, fact-based recommendations.
• Build strategic capability standards, tools, and health metrics.
