Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong track record in business operations, operating-model design and large-scale transformation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to communicate concisely to senior leaders in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive the Operating Model and the Capability Framework for the Sites Network.
• Lead the Integration Management Office with a master plan and coordinated workstreams.
• Bridge capabilities with partners across Councils, sites and global functions.
• Lead cross-site initiatives and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Build and mature this strategic capability with clear standards, tools and metrics.
